I’ve spent years testing and trying many software, tools and sites in my business and these are the best of the best. I hope it’s helpful for you and your business.

Auto Responder

Email IS NOT dead!

Your auto responder is still THE MOST IMPORTANT tool you have as an internet marketer (by far).

Aweber: This is the email auto responder that I personally use for my email list. My email list is my MOST valuable asset, and a common thing I hear is “I wish I had started building my list earlier”. You can signup for a free account by clicking HERE. (Free account are limited to 500 subscribers)

Get Response: Another veteran in the auto responder field. Get Response is generally a winner over Aweber when it comes to pricing, particularly if you are operating a list with between 500 and 1000 email addresses on it.

Domains

Namecheap: I’ve used Namecheap for years to register all my domains. They’re cheap and their control panel is simple to use.

Namesilo: Cheapest domains on the internet, free WHOIS included. 

Hosting

JVHost: JVZooHost is dedicated to providing safe, fast, and affordable web hosting with superior support. You can concentrate on running your business and rest assured your website will be up and running. Get your site noticed on the web today with JVZooHost. 

SiteGround: There used to be a lot of great hosts, however, a big company went around buying up most of the good companies (totally ruining their high levels of service and support) so it’s much harder to find a good host today. Siteground is still rock solid and offers a great entry-level hosting account for not a lot of money.

LiquidWeb VPS: For seasoned marketer. Heroic customers support. Sunday Freebie is hosted at Liquidweb.

HTML Editor

KompoZer: KompoZer is designed to be extremely easy to use, making it ideal for non-technical computer users who want to create an attractive, professional-looking web site without needing to know HTML or web coding.

CoffeeCup: The CoffeeCup Free HTML comes in two versions – a free version as well as a full version which is available for purchase. The free version is a good product, but be aware that a lot of the features this platform offers do require you to buy the full version.

eBooks Creator

Sqribble: Create stunning, professional looking eBooks, reports, whitepapers, guide and more in just seconds!

Apache Open Office: One of the superb tools that comprise Apache Open Office is its tool called Writer. This tool is a modern word processing application that simplifies the writing of documents such as letters, faxes, agendas, and books.

TinyPNG: Free smart PNG and JPEG compression Optimize your images with a perfect balance in quality and file size.

Membership Site Tools

Wishlist Member: One-time fee only (no monthly fees). Wishlist Member is a WordPress plugin for creating a membership site in WordPress. I’ve been using it for a few sites including Sunday Freebie. It also integrates with just about everything. The best plugin to run a free membership site like Sunday Freebie.

Buffer: Schedule, publish and analyze all your posts from all your social media sites in one place. If you only have one account at each social network then their free plan should work fine for you.

Video Creation

Camtasia: Easy to use software for screen capture videos and video editing. Mac and PC versions are available.

Desktop Vertical Video: Discover How To Create Vertical Videos Straight From Your Desktop or Laptop...

ScreenFlow: ScreenFlow is MAC only. It’s similar to Camtasia.
